Intro to Metalsmithing - Make Your Own Stacking Rings @ Empty Shelf

In this 2.5 hour group workshop you will produce multiple sterling silver and / or brass stacking rings to wear home. During this experience you'll learn about the tools and equipment and then how to size, form, saw, solder, shape, hammer (texturize) and polish sterling silver using tools such as a caliper, jewelers saw, files, multiple hammers, a butane torch and a flex shaft among others.

Suitable for ages 10 and up. No experience necessary and all tools and materials will be provided.
